Waiver Policy

All riders riding the bike park MUST sign a waiver. All children under the age of 18 MUST have a waiver signed by a parent or authorized guardian in the presence of a FRBP staff member. All children under the age of 8 MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times when riding at FRBP.

If your child is riding with another family, you can download the waiver below to print and sign for your child. Then you can email, mail, or send the waiver in person with your child.
